RESERVATION TERMS:
1.ACCOMMODATION:
Seppälän lomalaidun, located on a plot of about 6000m2:
main house 4 mh, oh, k, ph, s, et, 2xwc, lockable storage room for storage of bicycles. In the kitchen there are dishes for 12 persons, cooking and baking utensils, baking utensils, electric and wood stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee and water maker, toaster, roll of baking paper, fresh roll, waste sorting containers.
The number of beds required is reserved by the guest, any bedrooms left empty are not occupied. Linen/towels are provided by the guest or ordered at the time of booking.

Accommodation includes reasonable use of electricity (electric car charging not included), a reasonable amount of firewood, toilet and kitchen towels, cleaning utensils and detergents.

Booking of accommodation via the marketplace/email/home page contact form. The booking will be confirmed once the accommodation fee has been paid. No refund will be made if the reservation is cancelled by the customer less than 14 days before the date of arrival. The guest will receive a key code to the house by SMS at least 6 hours before the arrival date. The accommodation includes the agreed number of persons, additional persons will be charged separately.
3. CLEANLINESS OF THE ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation can be cleaned by the guest, or a final cleaning can be booked at the time of booking. The accommodation will be left in a basic state of cleanliness even if no cleaning service is purchased. Rubbish is to be taken to its sorting points, dirty dishes to the washing machine/sink, furniture and outdoor furniture to their proper places, windows and doors, taps closed, and smoke stacks closed. No flaming/flaming fires are left in the fireplaces on exit.
Final cleaning instructions are given in a separate document.
If, on arrival, a guest has any problems with the cleanliness of the accommodation or any shortcomings in the equipment, they must be notified immediately when the shortcomings are discovered. Any breakage/damage of a dish/appliance in the event of an accident must be reported to the owner. Broken/damaged equipment/materials will be charged to the guest if not reported.
Cleaning costs will be charged to the guest in arrears if the agreed level of cleanliness is not maintained.
4. SUMMER ACCOMMODATION, POINTS TO NOTE
During the summer period, when sheep are grazing, no domestic animals may be brought onto the site. The area is fenced with predator fences. The fence has a strong (non-hazardous) electric current which must be on at all times. The predator fence protects the animals from possible large predators.
Instructions for the treatment of sheep are in the house folder, and the farm staff will instruct you on movement and species-specific behaviour of the animals on your arrival the next day at the latest. Sheep must not be offered bread or other foodstuffs due to the serious risk of disease.
Pasture gates must always be closed.
The sheep are checked and cared for daily by the farm staff, who also enter the yard by car. The timing is to be agreed with the guest. Seasonal care activities may also coincide with your holiday. These will always be announced at the beginning of your stay. Water is let to the pastures through the main wall of the house. If you wish, you can participate in the sheep care activities with the farm staff.
5. FINAL CLEANING
If the guest wishes to carry out the final cleaning, this includes:
- washing up and putting away the dishes
-Disposing of the tables and putting them in order, -Dusting, wiping contact surfaces (cupboard doors, table tops, door handles), washing toilets. Scrubbing floors with all-purpose detergent and washing the bathroom floor with a disinfectant.
-washing of the electrical socket, if necessary
-wiping of fridge surfaces
-ventilation of bed linen, weather permitting. Beds are made up.
-if the house bed linen and towels have been used, they are placed in the laundry basket next to the washing machine.
-laundry linen in the laundry basket
-washing of any stained windows and mirrors, if there have been 'sticky paws'.
-sorting rubbish into its proper place, and placing clean bags in rubbish bins.
- emptying ashes into ash buckets from fireplaces
-cleaning surfaces in the summer kitchen
The person booking the accommodation agrees to the booking instructions when booking the accommodation. Important information on the use of fireplaces and seasonal guidelines are included in the house folder. These instructions are also to be read and followed.
